At Bonanza Satrangi, we strive to ensure your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain unworn, unwashed, and include the original tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Once your request is acknowledged, pack the items securely and send them to our designated warehouse for a thorough quality check by our team.

  After the returned product passes inspection, we will process your exchange request or issue a store credit voucher for your future shopping.

  Resolution

  For exchanges, your new selected item will be dispatched within 5-7 working days; for returns, your digital voucher will be sent to your registered email.
